She will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.
Housekeeping & Butlers
The villa includes housekeeping to tidy up the villa, arrange laundry services, wash up and simply assist where possible.
Chef
Besides your included breakfast, there’s a BBQ menu. And a chef can be hired for cooking classes or private lunches and dinners at the property.
The culinary experiences and private luxury cooking workshop with award-winning Chef Nak, offered by Chef Nak, must be arranged in advance.
These are available for a minimum of 10 people and only upon request. Conditions apply.
Neighborhood
Just a short walk from the local ‘Phsar Kroam’ market, it’s located to the south of the city.
It’s a quiet area with a small red dirt road allowing little traffic.
Plenty of greenery around and many local houses remain to allow the sensation of the Cambodian surroundings.
It’s a short hop to the ring road around the city for easy access and travel by car.
Getting Around
We have tuk-tuk’s, cars & Jeeps or mini-vans available to help you get around or to take you on an excursion.
And bicycles – any size – are available to rent.

- Deposits are non-refundable, transferable upon request only when possible.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellation less than 30 days before arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
