Our experienced and knowledgeable host and manager is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. She will oversee and coordinate the staff and property and assist you during your stay.

Besides your included breakfast, there’s a BBQ menu. And a chef can be hired for cooking classes or private lunches and dinners at the property.

- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellation less than 30 days before arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

We stayed in The Kamaya for a couple of nights, and it is a fantastic place!
It is exactly like on the pictures, in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood, beautiful house, with lots of wood and very tasteful interior design, a beautiful pool, ánd with all the luxury you want.
Daniel and Kimty and the whole Kamaya team are super nice and approachable, they really make you feel at home and they know the best places around;
they can organize great trips in the area, we can definitely recommend it!

We chose to stay at the Kamaya because we felt the extra money for a lot more privacy was worth it, and we were right!
The owner, a Dutch-Cambodian couple, gave us plenty of tips during our stay in Siem Reap about the area, where to go, and where to eat.
It was incredibly valuable! We ended up enjoying the jeep tour the most, especially with the kids, who got to see and do all sorts of fun things along the way.
It was a very successful stay and I recommend it to anyone looking for something special and wanting to get the most out of their stay in Siem Reap.

We looked for a quiet and private place in Siem Reap town, close to everything, but far enough to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
We found it at The Kamaya! We enjoyed our stay very much at this newly built villa.
The personal touches and facilities were amazing..kids enjoyed the pool and games very much.
The outdoor dining and BBQ was also special.
We loved the overall atmosphere and vibe of the property, but also the cooking class we booked.
The host was quick to respond and the staff gave us all the privacy we needed.
Definitely the right choice for us and highly recommended!

My family and I brought our parents here and had a wonderful stay!
It’s a beautiful property, and the service is fantastic; in my opinion, it deserves more than 5 stars.
The owner is very accommodating, and our kids fit wonderfully with theirs.
The design of the place is amazing, with a mix of stylish and cozy details.
Our rooms were super comfortable, and both of our dads were happy to have a good night’s sleep.
The staff made the trip even better. They were all so kind and helpful, and you can tell they truly care about their guests.
They were always ready to give great tips for what to do around town, especially for a family getaway.
If you’re looking for a relaxing and special place to stay, I highly recommend this place.
It’s not a hotel, nor a boutique—I felt it was an extension of our home.
